These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between GLOWY Original Cosmetics ("GLOWY", "we", "our", or "us") and any customer placing an order through glowyoriginal.com ("Customer", "you").

These Terms establish the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with distance selling of cosmetics and skincare products across the Algerian national territory.

Submitting an order constitutes full, unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

GLOWY provides authentic cosmetics, beauty bundles, and skincare products formulated in accordance with safety, cleanliness, and vegan cruelty-free standards, designed solely for external cosmetic use.

We strive to present product characteristics, descriptions, and ingredients (INCI lists) as accurately as possible. Visual colors may slightly differ depending on individual screen settings and ambient lighting.

Customers are advised to review all ingredient lists prior to use to ensure no known sensitivities exist. In the event of skin irritation, discontinue use immediately and seek medical guidance.

All product prices are quoted in Algerian Dinars (DZD).

Product prices exclude delivery charges, which are clearly calculated and displayed at checkout according to the selected wilaya and delivery method.

GLOWY reserves the right to adjust prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced based on rates in effect when the order was registered.

Product offerings remain valid as long as they are displayed on the site and within available inventory limits. If an item becomes unavailable after order placement, the Customer will be notified during the telephone confirmation call to select an alternative or cancel without penalty.

Customers select items, complete the checkout form with recipient details (name, phone number, wilaya, commune, address), acknowledge the Privacy Policy, and submit the order.

Submitting an order online does not guarantee automatic shipment dispatch.

Every order is subject to a telephone verification call conducted by GLOWY customer concierge to confirm the customer's intent, recipient availability, and precise street address. Packages are never dispatched without prior verbal confirmation.

Customers must provide accurate contact and shipping details, including a functioning phone number. If a customer cannot be reached after multiple phone attempts, the order may be cancelled.

GLOWY exclusively uses Cash on Delivery (COD) as its payment method.

The total order amount (product price plus shipping fees, if applicable) is paid in cash in Algerian Dinars directly to the courier agent upon parcel delivery.

Deliveries are performed in partnership with professional courier services in Algeria. Two options may be available depending on your location:

1. Home Delivery (to your residential or workplace address).

2. Stop Desk / Hub Collection (pickup from the nearest courier branch).

GLOWY provides nationwide delivery covering all 58 Algerian wilayas in accordance with courier network coverage.

Delivery schedules commence following verbal telephone confirmation of the order:

• Algiers and metropolitan surroundings: 24 to 48 business hours.

• Northern, Eastern, and Western Wilayas: 2 to 4 business days.

• Southern Wilayas: 3 to 6 business days depending on distance.

Delivery schedules are estimates. GLOWY cannot be held liable for transport delays caused by severe weather, road disruptions, courier logistics issues, or customer unavailability.

Customers are advised to inspect the exterior condition of the parcel upon delivery. If physical damage is observed, notify our customer care team promptly.

Customers are entitled to request a return or exchange within fourteen (14) calendar days following receipt of the package, subject to strict cosmetic hygiene conditions below.

Due to the personal nature of skincare and cosmetics products and in protection of public health:

Cosmetics products that have been unsealed, opened, tested, or used in any manner CANNOT be returned or exchanged.

To qualify for a return, the product must be in brand-new, unopened, pristine condition, with all original protective foils, security seals, and packaging completely intact.

For valid, unopened items, exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

Upon receipt and successful inspection of authorized returns, product refunds (excluding initial shipping fees) are issued through an agreed arrangement (such as BaridiMob / CCP transfer).

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, GLOWY will replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence via WhatsApp at +213 554 94 76 90.

Customers agree to maintain phone accessibility, be available for delivery, and provide exact payment in cash to the delivery driver upon arrival.

GLOWY monitors order integrity. Deliberate non-pickup of confirmed orders without legitimate justification causes financial harm and may result in telephone numbers being blacklisted from future orders.

All visual assets, photos, logos, brand names, formula titles, and code on glowyoriginal.com are the exclusive intellectual property of GLOWY and protected under Algerian and international copyright laws.

While we endeavor to keep the website available 24/7, temporary interruptions for technical maintenance or internet connectivity issues may occur.

GLOWY is not liable for damages caused by product misuse, failure to follow instructions, or allergic reactions resulting from pre-existing sensitivities to disclosed ingredients.

Personal information collected during order fulfillment is managed in strict accordance with Algerian Law No. 18-07 and Law No. 25-11. Please consult our Privacy Policy for full details.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria.

Competent Algerian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be settled amicably.

In the event of any disagreement, parties agree to first seek an amicable resolution by contacting GLOWY customer concierge.

GLOWY reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable version is that in force when the order was placed.
